At Pet Utopia, we partner with trusted Australian brands and suppliers. Your order is packed and shipped directly from the supplier's warehouse to your door, so your pet's products arrive fresh and straight from the source.
Shipping costs
Orders $100 and over: FREE shipping anywhere in Australia, applied automatically at checkout. Orders under $100: shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and items, and you’ll see the full cost before you pay.
Processing and delivery times
- Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Delivery within Australia usually takes 2–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Regional and remote areas may take longer.
- Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather and peak periods.
Orders with multiple items
Because products ship from different suppliers, orders with items from more than one brand may arrive in separate parcels on different days. Shipping for each supplier is shown at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details for each parcel.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within Australia only, including regional areas. We don’t ship overseas at this stage.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can't be responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll try to update it before dispatch.
Lost, late or damaged parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected time, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number (and photos for damaged items). We'll work with the supplier and carrier to sort it out quickly. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
