About Us

Pet Utopia is a small, Australian-owned online pet store based in New South Wales. We started Pet Utopia to make it easy for Aussie pet parents to find good-quality health, comfort and everyday care products for their dogs and cats, all in one place, with honest information about what each product does.

What we sell

We hand-pick a small range of products from established brands, many of them Australian: natural treats and food, nutritional supplements, beds and houses, leads and collars, grooming gear and toys. Every product page explains what it's for, who it suits and how to use it.

How your order is fulfilled

We work directly with our partner brands and suppliers. When you place an order, it is packed and shipped directly from the supplier's warehouse in Australia to your door. This means fresher stock and no double handling. If your order includes items from more than one brand, they may arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking.

Our promise

We only describe products accurately, using the information supplied by the manufacturer. Supplements are nutritional products, not medicines, so we'll always suggest checking with your vet if your pet has a health condition. If anything isn't right with your order, we'll sort it out quickly.
